Whether it's the murder of Charlie Kirk in Utah or Sarah Milgrim and Yaron Lischinsky in Washington D.C., politically motivated shooting attacks are absolutely tragic and wrenching.

Drones Can Help Avert Tragedy

As the United States turns ever more divisive, outdoor political rallies and debates are unfortunately becoming potential targets for shootings, bombings, and other mayhem. It's near impossible to guard against every possible attack with police and event security on the ground, and, in Kirk's case, he didn't want a shield of security personnel between him and his audience.

Any sightings could be immediately radioed to security on the ground to rush to the danger. In fact, the drones themselves could be deployed to distract, broadcast the exact location to nearby police and the public, and even injure or otherwise disable the shooter.

Drones are perfect for so many things. Eyes-in-the-sky threat assessement and neutralization for outoor gatherings seems obvious.
