Qualifications• The Training Specialist must be an experienced training curriculum content creator in an adult learning environment• As much of our training content revolves around drone pilot training, the incumbent should be a licensed remote pilot (FAA Part 107 or an equivalent license in the country of assignment), with experience working end-to-end within a Learning Management System (LMS) platform• Bachelor’s degree or combination of formal education and related interdisciplinary experience• Three (3) years of formal, adult learning training course development• Prior full time employment as a trainer, instructor or educator• Hold a valid FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot certificate or an equivalent license in the country of assignmentClick the link for the full description. https://bit.ly/3FUv5iE
