With over 20 years of combined military, law enforcement, and technology leadership experience, I specialize in managing complex projects that merge innovation, safety, and operational excellence. My background includes leading multi-million-dollar communications infrastructure upgrades, implementing advanced drone programs, and coordinating cross-functional teams across public safety, government, and private sectors. As an FAA Part 107 Certified Pilot and Founder of SkyeTech Aerial, I’ve delivered aerial data, mapping, and inspection services for large-scale construction, renewable energy, and infrastructure projects. In my public safety role, I’ve overseen major technology rollouts — from Motorola radio network upgrades to multi-agency interoperability systems — ensuring mission-critical reliability and compliance under demanding conditions. I thrive in environments that require hands-on leadership, technical precision, and the ability to bridge field operations with executive strategy.
