a) Work up to 30 hours per week for up to 36 weeks.Based on operational needs, working hours may vary week by week, and may include evenings and weekends as needed. Videographer/Editor will be expected to teleworkand work at the Alhambra Headquarters or field locations as assigned, within Los Angeles County.b) Use their own or higherDJI Air2 drone with a 5.4k, 1inch sensor, lights, wireless audio system, and all related gear needed to complete the shoot, set-up lighting and audio equipment and ensure that equipment for each shoot is present and properly working, plan the shoot with the creative team and the client, and set-up and breakdown recording equipment before and after use. c) Arrive two (2) hours before the start of the shoot unless instructed otherwise.d) Manage a demanding workload of high-profile video projects, including production workflow and project timelines. e) Provide video coverage (b-roll and/or interviews) of press events, ribbon cuttings, ground breakings, internal/external messaging, employee events, emergency response, as well as technical,studioand drone videography. f) Film videos on set or on location. Videographer may be required to travel to locations within Los Angeles County and will be expected to use their own vehicle. Filming locations will vary depending on video needs.a) Edit and assemble final visual/audio program material. Ensure consistency and relevancy to production to tell concise, visually pleasing stories. b) Use own computer and editing equipment satisfactory to CSGRG's standards to complete work using the latest software editions. Editor must have ability to perform video editing tasks using the sample Adobe Premiere Pro project template, naming conventions and media folder(s) supplied by Public Works. The folder structure of the supplied media folder(s) is to be maintained. Video editing is to also include advanced color correction, audio mixing, as-needed editing and retouching of still photos, creation of simple graphics and title cards. Direction on video editing for each project will be provided by Public Works staff. Depending on the project type, if voiceover and music are needed, this will be provided by Public Works staff using in-house resources.Videographer/Editor must have their own Dropbox or file sharing account. c) Complete video in digital format and share files via shareable link with Public Works staff for review.d) Revise video per Public Works staff's feedback which may include several rounds of edits as needed to provide a final product that meets the needs of the client. Delivery deadlines will be provided by Public Works staff and will depend on project, timelines are unknown at this time. e) Upon completion of video, electronically deliver all video project elements to Public Works staff for archiving. This means all media (video, audio, graphics, photos, etc.) used to create the project including the Premiere Pro project file itself. Media should be filed accordingly into the media folder(s) supplied by Public Works staff.
