We are looking for a photographer and drone pilot that can go to a vacant piece of land and property that we are purchasing and provide the below information and willing to complete a brief inspection report. If so, take photos of these• shots from all major areas of the property• shots of anything that you consider a negative• shots of any trees, nice spots below the trees, or photos that would look good in a property listing• shots of any meadow areas (cleared)• shots of any potential home locations• shots of any views from the property*** An app like onX Hunt can help you find approximate lot lines when you are on the ground. You can probably find other options that do the same thing.Drone photos - 10+ still aerial photos of the property in jpg or png• the property itself from various angles• the view/ key property features (ex: pond, lake, mountain view)• the neighborhood• 2 aerial photos of the property must contain an overlay of the lot lines.The ground and drone photos will be used to market and sell this property. Just as important, we will use them to evaluate the property.We do not visit these properties in person, so we rely on your photos, videos, and inspection report to evaluate the property before we complete a purchase.You must be willing to get out of your car and walk the property. If the property has power lines, only include the power lines in one ground photo and one aerial photo, don’t include in all photos.The images should be high quality and best when taken in good lighting conditions and sunny skies. A professional camera is a must (no cell phone photos).
