DJI had previously served the compact camera market with its Action 2, but the product was discontinued in favor of the larger Osmo Action 3 and Action 4 models. However, the "Nano" term in the FCC database points to DJI reentering the mini-micro camera game.

While not exactly "spywear" — they are small, but you can see them — micro cameras are prized by adventurers and extreme sports enthusiasts who typically wear them on hats, collars, shirts, necklaces, or other attire to provide thrilling POV content.
