Hello, I am Tom Franks and I have been a licensed drone pilot for 2 years and have accumulated over 100 hrs of flight time. Aviation has always been my passion. I am retired Military and Law Enforcement, with experience in both Aviation and Small Boat Search and Rescue assets. Mission Safety is what I have been practicing for 30 years.
