Qualifications• Airline Transport Pilot License, fixed-wing multi-engine land aircraft and appropriate flight experience in the make and type of aircraft operated by the Midwest Transplant Network required• Required airman physical must be acquired and maintained• Must meet the minimum aircrew requirements for pilot in command• Minimum 3000 total flight hours of which, 1000 are in turbine aircraft, 1000 in multi-engine aircraft, and a type rating for a CESSNA 525 or similar• Must be able to obtain 525 type rating within 6 months of hire required• Proven ability to lead a team, coordinate internal and external resources and achieve measurable results against goals• Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills• Strong organizational, problem analysis and decision-making skills• Demonstrated ability to motivate peers and achieve cooperation• Must maintain a valid drivers license in accordance with MTN motor vehicle policyClick the link for the full Description. https://bit.ly/3O1Ublp
